Since every single lollipop is mixed, poured and packed by hand, Orders will be handled in the sequence they are received.

Rest assured, you'll receive email updates as we process your order, including tracking information once labels are generated.

This making/processing time is in addition to the transit shipping time. I know how excited you are to get your order and promise that I'm working hard to get them out to you :)

Orders will be shipped out twice a week, Wednesdays and Saturdays. The order cut off time is 3PM EST the day before shipping. Any order placed after that will be delivered the next shipping day.

At this time I only ship within Canada & the United States. Shipping beyond North America becomes quite costly; most of the time, the price is almost double the cost of the product itself. We automatically add Route Package Protection to all orders for the off chance that your package doesn't arrive to you safely.

The process for receiving a replacement order or requesting a refund (minus tax + shipping) is extremely seamless and quick.

To start the claim process please follow the following link - claims.route.com you will need your order number from us to submit, which is found in your original email receipt. 

You can choose to remove Route Package Protection from your order however we highly discourage it as upon doing so we do not hold any liability for lost, stolen or damaged packages and will be unable to assist you further.

Due to a high volume of orders, I cannot update addresses; if you provide an address and would like to make changes, I will have to cancel your order.

If you place multiple orders, as much as I try, I will not always be able to combine orders (again, this is due to logistics and the high volume of orders). Additionally, I will no longer be able to refund shipping fees on multiple orders, because the shipping cost is based on *weight* & distance (more lollies = more weight).

Unfortunately, if items are returned back to me, I will have to charge a re-shipping fee to get the package sent back to you. Please note that there is a 1-3 week delay between the time when the courier returns a package to me and then the re-shipping time to get the package back out to you.

As always, I strongly encourage you to triple check your shipping address upon check out to avoid such delays, it's always a bummer for everyone when this happens *welp*

LOLLIPOP QUESTIONS

For the best enjoyment, I recommend cosuming the lollipops within 6 weeks of receiving it =)

Do not refrigerate. Store airtight in a cool area up to 6 weeks.

YES! Since lollipops are basically just large sugar crystals, they can lose their shape when exposed to humidity and heat.

Also, my lollipops are made with simple ingredients and none of the funky preserveratives you find in store-bought hard candies, as such, any "shapelessness" that you experience is the natural process of sugar. They may not be pretty, but they still are delicious.

It is always recommended to keep them in a cool, dry place away from heat, light and air (airtight jars work wonderfully)

Our lollipops are gluten-free & vegan.

From time to time, we make special lollipops and add in fun ingredients like sea salt, edible flowers, gold flakes and sprinkles.

As all Lollies are homemade, It is best to order as soon as you can! Please include the date of your event in your order notes!
